1) Please reset the device (Please refer to the User Manual for the reset method or contact us: support@femii.net).
2) When adding a camera, please make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not support 5GHz Wi-Fi and hidden WiFi.
3) Please restart the router, put the camera and smart phone close to the router, and try again.
4) Confirm that the device has not been bound to other accounts before. If you have previously bound another account, please delete the device from the previous account.
5)Please power on the camera and the indicator light will light up.
